Amberstone works with pre-construction condos and restoration homes where we have the freedom to oversee the entire project from start to finish. Before beginning any project, we ensure that the infrastructure is safely inspected following all checks upon completion of permits and approval of drawings by the city. Amberstones’ chosen architect carries out designs for the interior and exterior infrastructure as well as choices of material for the project.
The intention of our Custom Home is to differ in personality with the layout of modern and contemporary designs shown through tailored design, colour schemes and use of material. Each home is unique with a variety of global influences spoken through it’s design. We are able to determine areas of living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens accustomed to the residents and their lifestyle.
